Wanting to upgrade lighting

Ok I want to upgrade the bulbs in my headlights and fog lights

I have narrowed my choices for headlamps to two bulbs,

The PIAA Xtreme white H4

and


The PIAA super plasma H4

Has anyone had xperiences with either of these(or both of these)? I know that the Xtreme are 4150K and the Super are 5000K for the low beam(I rarely use the high beams so they do not matter much)

The fog lamps would be upgraded with the same version bulb(but in whatever size the foglight bulb is in--does anyone know this?)

the fogs are 893. try the search engine for the light bulb question, this has been gone over 1 mil. timez.
