I have a 2003 Galant, with a sunroof.

My sunroof cover slides way to easily and closes when I brake. Is there anyway to fix this piece or adjust it so that it will not slide so easily?

Thanks

Some Galants have it, some don't. I've read at least one review where the GTZ did it. I think the remedy was to pinch in the seat thingy to increase friction.

It was actually pointed out in Car and Driver when they test drove the 8G. Mine does it also. One of those little annoying things you either live with or take the time to fix. Seems easy enough to take care of though for sure.

The slider in my GTZ seemed just right. The one in my other car is the opposite.. if I use it every day, I'm gonna have a beefy arm - the damn thing is hard as hell to close heh.
