Floor Mats

I have a Galant I got used and didn't come with any floor mats. I know I can get universal floor mats to go in it. I was wondering if anyone had any custom floor mats in their G. I was thinking maybe something with the Mitsu symbol on it. Does anyone have this or any info on where I can get it? I have tried google but came up with nothing.

Those are pretty sweet. Not what I was going for, but I don't think this is one thing I am going to get to be picky about. I heard that there was some sort of court battle with major manufacturer's suing companies for putting their logo's on mats, etc. The companies have to get the rights to Mitsubishi which I don't think anyone has.
I was hoping for light blue mats with a white mistu sign, or white mats with a blue sign...dont think I will ever find them though.

well don't make the mistake of goin to a dealer. you can get the OEM floormats but that shit will run you about $90.

you can buy em online for like 60.

i need new floormatsz too, and after market ones suck i have gone through 4 sets of aftermarketones and they all fall apart, any one know any more web sites?

You might be able to get OEM mats on ebay. I've seen them sell as low as $35.

yeah, i just got a 2003 g and i have the factory floormats, you know the one that says galant on the side of them. and i don't like them. i want a diamond logo and galant under that somehow. do you think if you take it to a embroidery guy he could do it?

You can get it done but it would be very expensive. They have to use a very large needle to go through the rubber to do the embroidering.

i found a set of rubber floormats in my garage. they are pretty sturdy. they belong to my brother. he got them at walmart. they don't look really nice but it gets the job done.

but back to my post. before the rubber floormats, i had just regular carpet in the car, like the shit you put in the house. it looks pretty good. i actually had commercial grade berber carpet in there. had the passenger cabin and the trunk lined with that stuff. it holds up pretty well. i bet if you visit a carpet store u can get some "scraps" to make floormats for fairly cheap.

God, his interior is gorgeous. He has those leather seats with galant on them, that is what I was looking for with my floormats. Does anyone know his username so i can send him a PM? I would really love to know where he got those seats done.
