A very dumb question

I did a search but couldn't find the answer I was looking for, so I apologize if this is a double post. I have two of the factory keyless entry remotes but have the Clifford Matrix 3 security system (my car did not come with the keyless entry or alarm). Can I get these remotes to work with the Clifford or are they useless to me? Any answers would be appreciated.

well,, the Keysless PAD will only lock and unlock,, u cant use them for Alarm System... if you lock the car with Keyless PAD they only turn on security system,, they will only lock the car,,,

Ah, I see. Oh, well. I just PM'd another TGC member who I remember needed remotes for his car, so if he needs them I'll just give them away since they won't work on my car. Thanks for the advice! https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif
