Suspension Rubbing and bouncy

I have a 7G with KYB GR2 and H & R race springs with Motegi FF5 rims Falken 225/45/17 they rub and sound bad in the back where am I going wrong.

Should buy new tires ?

Roll the Fenders ?

or KYB AGX ?

feels like the car is going through hell

i have KYB AGXs and coilovers on my 7g, the car is dropped to hell, and its helllaaaaa bouncy, but it's worth it for the performance. my right rear shock is really really noisy, sounds like metal hitting metal everytime i hit a bump, but i havn't been able to find a shop here in ventura since i moved, and i have no idea what the hell it is, and its scaring the hell out of me.

same thing with me... i have the tein ss high/low springs... rides incredible and the handling is insane... espically since i installed allnew bushings and a chassie stiffining kit... but for somereason my rear passanger side is making noises... just like u said "metal hitting metal"... if anyone knows what the hell is goin on with our cars HELP US!!!!!
