Yep it's a direct drop in replacement. No changes to the wiring required. Just make sure you disconnect the fuel pump fuse under the hood and keep cranking your car until it will no longer run. That will get all the gas out of the lines. The remove the back seat, unbolt the access panel and the rest is a breeze.
