can anybody tell me how often i should change my trannie fluid?

about every 50 or 60 k miles i think...or when the tranny fluid is brownish in color...

every 30k miles. no exceptions.
this information IS in the owners manual.

more often if you can handle it. I personally recommend once a year, but thats probably overkill.
