Just got a set of 215/60/16 wheels and tires from a 2003 Diamante VRX. Will these rims and tires fit on my
2001 Galant without any mods?

Get 17's or 18's.

Those tires 215/ *60* /16 seem to look like they'd fit fine but with that magical 60 in there I don't know.
