How hard is it to switch from dry to Wet.

Correct me if i'm wrong. But for N/A Nitrous Applications it's better to have a dry system, however for a boosted application it's better to have wet or Vice Versa. My question is What's the difference between setups and How hard is it to switch?

I am guessing you would need direct port nitrous injection to have a wet system (nos+gas). With a dry setup you usually squirt in gas to be combusted but when you hit the nitrous button you only get nos and no gas (either or) as far as boost vs. non boost I don't know

People have been argueing over wich one is better for what for to long. Basically the dry just sprays nitrous through the intake, a wet shot sprays nitrous and gas together about 6 inches away from the throttle body in the intake and direct port sprays nitrous and gas directly into the injectors. Most say that dry is best for up to a 75 shot and anything above that you are gonna want either a wet shot or direct port. As far as how hard it is to change between the two.....the only difference between the wet and dry is that the wet is tee'd off the gas line that goes to your fuel rail and you need a nossle with a nitrous and gas inlet but I don't see a reason as to why you would wanna switch between them.....

that couldnt be further from the truth. spraying sole nitrous into your engine without any gas would completely destroy your engine.

overall, a wet system is better and safer. it's gives your more of an accurate increase in power because it is injected directly into your intake manifold. it's also safer since the fuel/N2O mixture is more precise than a dry system just spraying into your intake tube.

the benefits of a dry system is ease of installation and is easy to remove if needed. for applications around 75 shot though a dry system is sufficient.

filled the bottle up 3 times then stopped when i ordered my SC

I had a 50 shot wet
Thats a safe setup for our 4 cylinder

It's on hold right now til I get my car back on the road and in Florida.. Everything I've ordered in the last couple weeks had been shipped to florida. I am gonna put performance for the most part Til i am back in Florida. September 18th. Well the 20th if I wait around til the I-95 tour to Nopi.
