View Full Version : 2004 Galant makes Automoblie Magazines 50 Hottest New Cars!!

I get Automobile Magazine in the mail and I usually read up about sports cars and exotics, well in the newest issue titled 50 Hottest new cars, I was shocked to see that the 2004 Galant made the list at number 18#. Beating the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet, Chrysler 300Cm, Audi TT 3.2 , and Bmw 6-series. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif Can you believe that!!! How wild is that?
But I've been reading alot reviews and it seems like every car magazine loves the 2004 Galant and has nothing bad to say about. Go figure, its growing on me but I still like the look of the 8G

Also if your curious Number 1. was the Pontiac GTO and 2 was the Ford GT.

if they support the 9g like crazy and skip us 8g's i wont be a hapy camper :evil:

Maybe a couple years latter there will be a ralliart edition or mitsubishi will put an mitvec in that engine...

It might turn out to be like other aftermarket parts for other cars. When aftermarket developers noticed people were buying all these parts for new cars, they started making them for older models. For example:The Accord, Civics, Cavaliers, Eclipse, Maxima, etc.

So if they bring out parts for the 9g, I can see them developing new aftermarket parts for the 8g. Atleast I hope so.

what about the 7Gs? how do they feel about the more highly supported platform of the 8th Generation Galant?

If the 9G sells anywhere as good as the 8G has (Which I'm sure it will) there will be naturally more support.

Nice and torque. Finally MIVEC is here in the states. Nice features... I'd like to see one in the showroom.
