How do u remove the driver and passenger air bag without fucking it or myself up?

no battery, u can remove the clips to them without having them go off

good point. FIRST and foremost, DISCONNECT the battery. Then, turn off/take off the clip in the engine(i think galant have clips, not sure) then just remove the air bags, they shoudl go off, since they have to power going to them.

Where exactly are the clips located?

Make SURE you wait like half an hour after disconnecting the battery to be on the safe side.
