cibies are made for the JDM market and the front end u r refferring to is a OE JDM front end... MOCHANGES has his galant converted w/ those parts minus the cibies.

btw, http://www.takakaira.com ('http://www.takakaira.com') sells the cibies for around $2000 + shipping. but b warned they are not simple bolt on for any USDM galant, there is some pretty fun modification involved in fitting JDM headlights into the USDM front end.

also did i mention the beam pattern will b wrong since these are made for a "wrong-side-of-the-road" country? the internal shields in the low-beam projectors need to b "turned" for the proper beam cutoff pattern (low left, high right = _/). all of this can b done although nobody on here has done it yet.
