Anybody know any brands of 1157 bulbs that are ACTUALLY white? I bought a few " hyperwhites" off ebay that claimed to be bright white and none of them shits are even white! When I turn on my lights, the turn signals are light brown/yellow and get only slightly brighter when they are blinking. They look retarded with my bright white headlights and washers. Help me out...

u clear ur corners? if u have then u cant help but get that yellowish look...if u actualyl blink them or use Reelax's relay technique u will get the full potential of those bulbs...all of us have had that yellowish look especially clearing those corners.

Is a bright rewire just replacing your headlight wires with a heavier guage wire (so they won't melt). If so... how far back from the headlight connectors do you go with the wires? Thanks in advance.

Go Here: http://lightlens.net/ultrawhite.htm ('http://lightlens.net/ultrawhite.htm')

Look for these bulbs "UW1157H MATCH YOUR HALOGEN HEADLIGHTS!!"

Here is a picture of what they look like when matched with APC "Super White" Headlights bulbs:

and here is a picture of just the bulb WITHOUT the bright re-wire mod:

Here is a picture of the bulb itself, note this was taken during the daytime:

No, you actually rewire so the bright filament is always on instead of the dim one, then the bright turns off and the dim comes on to make it blink. Look at your corner when its blinking, when its brightest thats how they will look just normally on with that mod. You get alot of looks from it also.

Check this thread http://www.tgc-forums.com/phpBB2/viewtopic...ighlight=reelax ('http://www.tgc-forums.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=12&highlight=reelax')

There should be 3 scanned pages of a tutorial reelax did on it once, and you can buy the spdt relays from crutchfield.com

Its pretty easy to do, I'm not good with electrical stuff usually and mine worked right away.
