First thing I'd suggest is to get rid of that Weapon R intake and replace it with a CAI or Short Ram. Either an AEM, Injen or one off ebay. There are a bunch of horror stories here from members that had the Weapon R.

Second, as far as I know there is no Ram air kit for our application. Also, what kind of catback do you have? There isn't one made for our cars, so you must have gone custom. What did you wind up with.

As far as more mods, it depends on what direction you're going in. Once you decide on your end goal, then you can start buying the mods, rather than going about haphazardly with no real sense of direction.

the catback is custom, the ram air is there universal(weapon r). want to go the way of the old school sleeper nobody kits ect... they think my car is all show no go just want to scare the shit out of everyone one night on the one's here. Remember i,m in the middle of neb and i got to do most of the wrenching by myself. please keep the suggestions coming in

haha, your car is all show no go, its an I4 galant https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif haha. lil G humor there for ya. anyway, i agree with chip in that you hafta make a plan as to what you want your goals to be. cuz if you get the headers, and decide on turbo....then your out the money of the headers. i had the weapon R dragon intake and the battery rubbed a hole in the side of it. its a pretty poor quality intake all together. i would go with the AEM CAI. i'm pretty happy with mine. other than that, theres not much more you can do for speed besides some FI. if your doin the wrenchin yourself, i would say get the headers and an SDS in the future. you'll probably be better off installing that than a turbo kit. or just get a bottle. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

well, learn about nitrous too. well, maybe not learn, but make sure you do it at a time you can afford to rebuild your motor. how soon do you plan on getting FI?

ok here is what i got so far. header and strut bar fromPtuning. cost bout 425. E-bay cam gear. ram air kit about 130. brakes/rotors/lines about 240 from GroupBuy.comthat sound like far prices? I did some checking and found out Venom has a unit for around 300 or should i get the APEXI S-AFC from Group Buy.com for 315. Either way that still leaves about 1000 left what else is there left that can be bolt on?

What headers does Ptuning sell for the Galant? If you don't have headers yet, I'd go for the ones Ross has produced at Rippmods. They're probably going to give you the most bang for your buck. I'm still confused about this ram air kit your talking about. Post a link.
