Dear Friendz

I'm currently owning a year 2000
2.5lit
24 values
Twin-Turbo Galant VR4.

Recently, I notice a huge amount of white smoke whenever
my car is at prolong stationary.

It becomes normal when I drive off.
But whenever I pull over to a stop.
idling for another 3 to 5 mins.
There she goes, smoking like an old man.
*Huge amount of WHITE SMOKE.

Please help me if anyone has any solution for this.
Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!! https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif

During my last servicing.
My Mech told me there is slight oil seepage at the turbo housing.
Could that be a turbo oil seal leakage?

I didn't lost any coolent nor notice any dirty tea looks under the oil cap
nor the dip stick.

Some said could be oil leakage, some told me is coolent!

So whether is it...
The head gasket crack?
The value head worn?
The water pump seal?
Or the turbo oil seal?

Arh!!!.... so many possible reasons!! Damn it..

Please...
I need your advice. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif
Thanks

Ahh, that white smoke means your car is dead. It's worthless now. You're going to have to fuss with paying a salvage yard to come and tow it away, have to go through the hassle of standing in long lines at the DMV to get the title salvage registered, it's a mess. Tell ya what.. I'll take it off your hands for you. Ship it to me and I won't charge you a dime https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

Just kidding (a little VR4 envy hehe) Seriously, as galantguy96 said, I'd not drive it and have it checked out by your local dealer / trusted mechanic. It'd really suck to fry a nice car like that.

I dunno it kind of sounds like your engine is burning some oil that is managing to get in there. I've love to have a 24 value engine https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

Run, do not walk, to your mechanic.

I haven't seen your car but generally speaking:

White smoke = coolant leak
Blue smoke = oil leak

Since the car is still running, I'd say you've got a blown headgasket
and coolant is leaking into one or more cylinders.

If the coolant gets into the crankcase and contaminates the oil
you're done. Damaged crankshaft bearings, Damaged rod
bearings, and major engine overhaul to fix.

The more you run that engine in it's current condition
the more damage you're going to cause.

Be a shame to ruin a VR4.

sounds like the head gasket

yeah, sounds like oil may be leaking onto your hot block and then smoking. This happened to my buds jag a while back. strange though that it's only at idle .. hum

sounds more like valve seals. a blown head gasket would run like crap and being an aluminum head and steel block, the car would overheat very easily, and he did not mention that. have your mechanic pull the plugs and check for fouling. bring it to me, ill check it for you.
