are there any known problems with 8G?

I'm looking to get an 8G, 2003 Galant in white, but I want to know if there were any major recals or any problems reported with them or not

umm so far i no our glove compartment is bitch,, but mine so far is pretty good.. out rotots are worst too.. i no mem that already has like 3 to 4 sets..

gas door likes to break off me and a few members have had that problem, and like kho said rotors suck and glove box is a bitch

GLOVE BOX is horrible, mine doesnt even close, i use rubber stoppers to hold it up.
