On the stock springs, in the front, that black metal peice below the spring, does that get in the way of bigger size rims? I want to get 18's.

If I'm not mistaken your talking about the black piece that covers the caliper and brakes right? It actually doesn't matter. I had 18' inch by 8 rims before I ever lowerd my car. Nothing rubbed or was in the way. Put the rims on your car, you'll be glad you did. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif

as long as u stay close to the stock offet, don't get rims too wide, and get the right sized tires u should be fine from any rubbing
