Why not give the guy a call (he's in GA) and ask him to measure the length. Then you can see how much it would take up on the trunk and decide for yourself. I think if it's a little short on the ends, as long as it's centered, it will look fine. Better than one that hangs over and flops or sags on the ends.

As far as those mirrors, I was eyeing those up myself for my 8G. I think they'd need to be modified, but probably not much more than the ones that Censee just installed on his ride.
