1995 cranks but won't turn over

Any help would be appreciated. i have a 1995 galant with 70K. After sitting for a few days, I went to start it and it just cranks. The battery feels like it has sufficient power to turn it over, but it won't.

and second, provided you havent broken your timing belt, id bet money on a failed distributor.

My galant needed a complete tune-up. there was a crack in the distributor which I didn't notice al well as new plugs and rotor. I also changed the belts to gates products. Goodyear belts stink. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif
