by chance has anyone looked at the Lexani Lowering springs? THey are more comfort than performance. May be better for all the non racers out there.

I just called Lexani and I was told that they do have springs that will fit the 8G. The guy told me that Lexani does not make the springs. A company in Germany named Vogtland makes them. He told me they will give the I4 Galant a 1.4 inch drop. I forgot to get a price on the springs though. I looked on the net and the company that makes these springs is the same company that does the suspension for Nascar. I forgot to get a price on these springs though.

I have these springs and I have a problem. I also bought the KYB GR-2 front struts and the spring doesn't sit well inside the cup. Whenever you turn the wheel the spring runs over the bumps and you hear this loud twang sound. Do I need different springs, struts, both or is there a fix to this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

just wait a while for the springs to settle. the noise should go away. at least mine did.
