question on the neon lights

they are for off road/show use, so at shows or at parking lot meets on weekends you can have em, but not on highway and stuff.

it depends on where you live... i went through this whole process a couple of months ago, so you might wanna search for threads ive started because i probably asked all the questions you want to know.. what it comes down to is that it just depends on your local laws. for instance, in california, we can have them on even while driving (according to the dmv website) as long as they arent red, don't strobe, the bulbs are not visible, and they don't exceed a certain brightness (which i hear is impossible to measure on the spot anyway.) hope this all helps
