to get one, i think you gotta have an awesome setup. that car better be boostin like 15 psi, and there better be some live dancing chicks in there too.

and plus, just for shows, not for driving around.

if i had a trailer queen, i might consider it.

but yea, i don't go to shows enough to invest so much money for a hood that i can only use when the car isn't running.

just wondering.......you think it would be possible, on a working-middle-class kinda paycheck, to like take a big, or smaller pieces of a hood like that and have it molded into our hoods?

have u seen people do case mods to their computer? like adding plexiglass windows to the case. im thinking the same idea but on a bigger scale. cut a hole in the hood and put in some lexan or something. that would be a ghetto way of doing it but it wouldn't cost too much money. wouldn't see it on my car either.

would buy it only for show use, not for everyday driving, even though there is someone who has a hood like that on a daily driver..

if the engine bay was spotless.......maybe. And I don't think cutting holes in the hood and mounting lexan would be a good idea...there's alot of heat for that lexan to take.
