Center caps are on order made of plastic so they cracked over the years. Had these rims for 3 yrs now and ready for some new ones any suggestions?

After I find the right rims for my car i will lower it the problem was that I bought this tires size 255/40/18 and are very wide so when I hit a speed bump or coming down fast on a hill it hits the fender now i have to find tires that arent so wide so they fit inside the fender then i can drop it.
Need suggestiions on what kind of springs?
