Ebay has a lot of eclipse/galant springs, i got galant specific springs from sprint for ~$140 1.8" all around drop.

Go with the H&R springs or the Eibach Pros. The Eibachs are going to give you more of a drop than you're looking for, but the H&R's fall right within your range. Search on Google for who's got the best price on them.
