Is this a good price for VR-4?

I found a 1991 VR-4 mint condition! It has 117,000 miles on it, a woman driver, garaged, and new clutch, brakes, and axles. The car had one owner. The guy that is selling it is the head of the service department at a mitsubishi dealership. He serviced the car and then he bought it because he didnt want to see the car go to some schmo or get wholesaled. He is asking $6300 but is willing to sell for $5500 (I can negotiate the hell outta shit!) So I as you guys is this worth it?

Thats a tough call without pics. These cars are the type of car to where the book value means nothing.
But I must say for a completely stock car w/ that mileage its a bit pricy. go to the galantvr4.org site. There is always someone selling theirs & most of the time its cheaper.

I would shop around a little.
