Whats the ponit of a fuel pressure regulator, and who should use one on what set up. I know there is a shit load of answers to that but just give me the basics. Thanks.

A FPR is used to regulate the amount of fuel that is sent to your cylinders. The only practical time to use one is with a forced induction set-up, where your'e bringing in a significant amount of air. Otherwise, I don't believe that having one with an aftermarket Intake will give you any serious gains.
yea or with one of those dual/quad throttle body setups... your ECU can handle just about anything except that and FI.
