GDI Engine problems

Well i have a Galant VRG 1833cc & i`m experiencing problems with the idling when i`m in traffic cause thge engine check light comes on sometimes whan the brakes are on & the car is in drive the rpm just drops to like 200rpm i have to put it in N to send up the rpm.I donno if it is pulgs cause i cleaned & re gapped to .039" NGK R PZFR6B. any help will be appreciated.

Hi !!!
I faced the same prob once... went down to my mechanic and he just tunned the fuel regulator... time to time somehow it reduce the presure from the fuel pump... its easy to be done in seconds...
