1st off...2000 Mitsu galant 2.4l I4

Anyone one who can help I would greatly appreciate...

I will try to be specific of the problem....

When I turn the key...there is plenty of battery juice to turn the motor...there is spark...and there is no fuel .

1st...I tried to disconnect battery, to reset computer.
Next I tried to Jump Start the car with another car.

I had no such luck

I had heard that the cars have a reset switch on the fuel pump that is triggered in an accident,

Does anybody know where it is??
Does this switch exist on the 8g galant??

Also some food for though...I also know that the key has a transponder in it...The key is the one I use all along...is it possible that the transponder burned out? or something of that nature?

Thank you in advance for any help....please Hurry...until then I have to drive my dads eclipse GS-T with 100k miles on it (Not All Bad...but I miss my Galant)

I forgot to mention... a mechanic also said that it might be the factory alarm system not allowing the fuel does that make sense?

Thanks
