99-02 Instrument Cluster Swap

Is it possible to take the instrument cluster from a 7G and put it into an 8G? If you guys kow that it is possible than let me know. Also. if you know that it is not gonna work let me now as well. Thanks guys. Peace.

easily. no.

if you were to take the time to figure out how to mount it. get it looking good when its mounted, custom surround. well you completed step 1.

then you gotta figure out the harness. for both cars. figure out which wire goes to where and do a whole lot of splicing.

even by doing all that, there's still a chance it still won't work.

as for the 8g instrument cluster harness they will not fit a evo cluster ( would of been nice )

i will update this with the corresponding colors to splice so wel have a nice how to thread
