unplug the positive connector from the battery and touch it to the battery hold down it will reset the ecu and you can try again

i unplugged the battery for the weekend to drain the radio.
but it still says off

i found on another website; you turn your key to the accesory position
and leave the radio on for about an hour .(the radio will allow you to put your code in again. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif
