fuel filler neck problem!!!

Does anyone have had problems with the fuel filler neck? I am missing the metal flap that pivot when you insert the fuel "pistol", I think it got loose and fall into the tank. Does this had hapened to anyone? or I just imagine having the flap? https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif Also, can anyone tell me about a locking fuel cap? were to get it? thanks for any help.

the new gen galants dont have a "flapper valve".
in fact, i dont thing any new cars do.

locking fuel cap. uhm try your local auto parts store. i know they sell them here. dunno about puerto rico. but its worth a shot. places like jcwhitney and sylincompacts.com sell them also. you might wanna check them out if u can't find them locally.
