anyone ever cut MDF baffles for door speakers?

(I'm posting this in the audio forum but I thought I would ask here too)

I need to make some MDF baffles for my 6.5" CDT door speakers. I have them mounted on plastic baffles right now but they have so much midbass they are rattling like crazy, even with deadening. :?

Has anyone made these before? I don't have the tools so I would like to know the dimensions so I can have someone else make them for me.
