15 min ago i saw an esclipse with supra taillights convertion man that shit

look hot and it hit me i am going to put taillights of a skyline r33 or r34

since the taillights are together i am going to slip them the big circle on

the outside and the small one in the inside on cover the left side that

doesn't have a light with fiber glass or aluminum or something

that would be sick and easy and cheap to do.

That would look hot. There is a guy who has an 8g that is contemplating doing the same mod. It looks like the tails would go in w/ little or no problem (on the 8g that is)

dont' get me wrong because it is your choic after all. But that would be the stupidest thing to do to a car. The way I think of a conversion is like this:

Supra taillights on an eclipse: I could not afford a real supra, so I will just put supra taillights on my car so it looks like a supra...maybe it will be just as fast because of that.

Same idea for the galant and skyline tails.

There was a guy on here that put IS300 tails on his 7g, looked pretty kewl IMO

BTW, Skyline GTR tail lights are rediculously expensive last I checked, and then the install would run a few pesos as well... just something to consider.

great job on photoshop seth. Allthough the r34 lights are pretty damn big. To install them on a galant, some cutting of metal would be involved. If you do want to make your galant "look" like askyline from the back, go with the r33 tails, they are a bit smaller and will flow with the car.

After the tails are done, you can do the front and put a huge GT-R badge in the front and in the rear with a R-33 front bumper https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif . I'm just giving you hard time 'cause I hate conversions, but it's your choice.

If you do make your car look like something that's actually fast (skyline), you better have some power to back up the looks. Plus with all that extra weight from "bondo", you will need that power to go up hills, etc.

i dont think they want the car to look like a skyline, i think they just want it to have the nice characteristic tail lights on skylines.

will you be my life partner? lol just kiddin man.

Conversions are kinda goofy IMO...stick with what you got, work with what you got. Leave the skyline taillights and mad tyte JDM front ends to their respective cars.

I like it. How about these?

But here's how big the ones in Seth's pic look on the 34:

http://www.valley.ne.jp/~sirogane/r34.jpeg

"Lights measure as follows: 15 inches across the top face (not measuring around the curvature but in a straight line). 19 inches along the bottom. 12 1/2 inches in height at the highest point on the face. The maximum depth of the lights is 4 inches in a right angle to the line of the lens."
