Popping or knocking noise.

When i'm moving but under like 5 without being on the gas theres a kind of knocking or popping sounds coming from whta i'm guessing is the wheel area. It also happends most when i let off the gas at a light or in traffic. I've had the wheel bearing and axles replaced recently so i wasnt sure if it was somthing with the suspension. I did just put lowering springs on it.

check your suspension, check the strut mounts, check to make sure everything is tightend, even if you didn't mess with it. more than likeyl is a suspension prob. or you could take it back to where u got the work done and have them look at it, they should do it for free.
