    I've been running the intelliglow needle kit for a while now, with the only light source being the needle kit itself and the custom gauge faces:

    Our needles are clear all the way thru, but have a a coat of orange enamel on the top of the needle. What most ppl do is take off the orange enamel with nail polish remover and change the bulb to an LED color of choice like white, blue, or red. Theres even a tutorial in the 8G section.

    Yes but i think your needles are solid all the way through. But if not please correct me. If they are clear but tinted orange then the orange kit would work. But other colors would blend with the orange and it wouldn't be orange.

    And they are brighter then the stock. They come with a dimmer control.

    The kit uses LED light rings that go under the stock needles. The needles will have to be clear in the middle and the orange on the top and/or bottom will have to be removed and the bottom of the needle would have to be painted white.

    They are available in Red, blue, Orange or Green. You can specify the color when you order.

    Umm....what do these do? Are the needles much brighter than stock? How do these install? Do i buy a needle and replace the OE needles? Im def interested.
