Help! Where's to find the 6a13TT's serial number?

Been inactive for a while =) Just wondering if any of the US peeps here know where the Serial Number of the 6a13TT 8g VR-4 is located?

I always see my mechanic peeking down the center part of the engine bay but never paid attention to it much =(

Can anyone provide a pic as to where it's located? I need to do a stencil of my engine for Philippine annual Vehicle Registration purposes.
