7g: Best Power Adding Mods + misc. hardware
This thread is created to inform and explain what power modifications can be done to a 7g Galant. Please post a short explanation and picture to clarify what the modification improves. Please do no ask questions!!! For more info please check out the tutorial section.
INTAKE
Short Ram Intake

Cold Air Intake

Throttle Body

High Flow Catalytic converter
http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/e...zhzBJ3mF32.jpg Available from 2 1/4 to 3'' diameter. Will reduce the pack pressure when turboed. The only con is the it will light up your CEL for rear oxygen sensor.
Cat Back Exhaust

Turbo Chargers

Available off 1g Eclipse automatic. Cons: 5 cm housing, very, very restrictive. Pros: super quick spool up, full boost at around 2k. The turbo is good for low end power.
