What amazing reflexes he has. if you frame by frame it, as soon as he hears the impact from the bus hitting the car, in a split second he looks left, saw the bus and runs just quick enough to avoid it.
WOW!!!! I bet he nearly had a heart attack after the adrenaline stopped and he realized what happened.
