Ok so i have been reading on the drum to disc conversion and the ebrake cable has got me all messed up. I went to a site and the guy says that the ebrake cables are the same length just that the ends are two different types. He says that for the rotor the cable sits in like a sleeve with a type of pin that holds it in place and on the drum there is a circlip that holds the cable to the backing plate from the inside. Then he goes to say that you can just leave the cable and not swith it out but he doesnt really go into depth on how to get the old cable to work. Any ideas on how to get it to work? He does say that you wont use a pin but says you will use a sleeve.
