photoshop favor while im in school??

hey im doing a group porject and id ont have access to photoshop right now. Can some 1 please help me out. Change the color to maybe blue. throw in nice chrome wheels and maybe like bottles hangign from the side. what were doing is makeing a new company which sells pimped out strollers. so thats the basic concept. add anything else you think would look good
