7g TCU compatibility with 2g 4g63 n/t

Since I'm way an auto tranny noob. Does anyone know off hand if the TCU's of my stock 7G super saloon is compatible with the said engine? The ecu that comes along with the engine is MD311121. Engine came from RVR
