Need help selecting a new amp

Looking at two MTX Amps, either the 4250D used for a pretty cheap price (<$70) or a brand new TNA 2301 for 105 shipped. Both class D amps, birth sheet on the 4250d says it puts down around 367 RMS at 2 ohms, and the 2301 says over 400 RMS at 2 ohms. I'm running 1 10" Lanzar Vibe MaxP104D dual 4 ohm sub. I see good reviews on the 4250D but can't really find any reviews on the 2301. My cousin just picked up a G35 coupe and i am pretty sure his car has the 2301 but i need to confirm that still. Anyway, chime in or vote, help me out here. thanks

That sub is supposed to be 600 watts rms, so maybe something a bit stronger, at least 500 wrms.
