Hallo
I am new to the forum and can not be found to my problem. I wonder what the maximum offset and the rim width can give to my galant year 2001.
sorry to my bad english :wink2:
the maximum offset you can go with is 45 and a maximum width of 8 inches.
BS. I am running an 8.5" wheel and it fits, doesn't rub.
there isn't a max offset max width. its a combination. of the two. For example, A 8.5" wheel with a +20 offset will rub on the fender, but a wheel with a +50 offset will rub on the suspension components, and then a wheel with a +38 might not rub at all.
im running 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the rear, +38 0ffset no rub
I want to put on rims 18 or 19 inch. I would not like roll fenders
Sorry buddy. If you go with 18 or 19 I will recommend rolling the fenders. It depends the rim offset and tires settings you get. Don't go above 18.
You can run 18x7.5 +40mm to +45mm offset with either 215/40R18s or 225/40R18s without issues.
Now I got 17 inch, ET38, 7,5J

i had 19x8.5 +46 with shaved fenders. but i donno if USDM offset would be different with your car though
So then 18's on my 8g wont rub or nothing?
I ran 19x8 with +40 offset with 225/35-19 tires with no rub at all and I'm lowered.
