engine hesitation,poor performance

hi peeps,i have a jdm type galant 1998 2.5 v6 engine type 6a13

currently has 150k miles on the clock and still going strong https://www.thegalantcenter.org/styl...lt/biggrin.gif however on a cold morning when i pull away the car rumbles and has no power,its almost as if its down on cylinders,now i have changed the plugs cleaned the injector connections,and have been using injector cleaner,has anyone had same experiance?once she is warm she comes back online and is spot on,power back to normal no hesitation and no vibation

couple of questions,iv done a search and found the fuel filter is a non servicable part on the galant,however i have a new filter to fit,but unsure of location :roll:

can anyone help or no where to look,wether it be an injector or electrical fault :x

im about to replace the timing belt and warter pump and idler etc as a precaution
