Would this be a difficult project?

Found this on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-MITSUBI...601348339QQrdZ1 and was wondering how hard it would be to get something like that under the hood of my 8thgen?

If you have to ask, you have no clue how big of a task it would be.

Very difficult, Mante tried it and found that importing a G-VR4 in whole was easier. :shock:

this swap would actually be a lot more feasible since it is a front clip (mante only had the motor which complicates things) the only other major thing you would need is a fwd tranny from a FTO.

would that jdm strut bar fit on our 8gs?

fto trannys are easy to find.. and they arent that expansive compared to what youd expect... just look around if you really wanna do it... as cali says, its not EXTREMELY HARD due to you getting the whole clip....
