My 99 Galant V6 won't start. For the past two weeks, it starts only after hearing the engine cranking 3-5 times. Now I can only hear the kind of low tone cranking sound but the car just won't start. I also smell something like wire or electrical burning under the hood. When opening the hood and try to start the car, I also see some white smoke from around the engine (and the smell also). Please give me some help on what might be the problem.
