Rear Window Defrost?

When I press my rear window defrost button on the dash, I hear a clicking noise behind the steering wheel near the fuse box, but the light on the actual button itself doesn't come on.
The same thing happens with my air conditioner knob. You know how you push it in to get the really cold air, right? Well I get the cold air when I push it in but I don't get the light, and I also hear the clicking noise again. Any body know why this is? Could it be my fuse box?


I'm not sure but I think this started after I wired my strobe lights to my ignition fuse. But I didn't think it would cause any other problems. :?:
