ok so i know is supposta be a knob its that clear thing with like three little slots right? is that a cap or is that the know and is that supposta spin freely cause mine doesnt. also my headlights were lined up then just recently one beam is high and one is low and when i put on my brights they kinda switch but get closer to the same height
