i believe you are going to rub. My falkens are 18x8 w/ a 38 offset i believe and i rub constantly in the rear. But Im also dropped on teins w/ kyb-agx. The eibach wont drop ur car as much as mine but u will rub. I guess I can suggest a lil negative camber and rolling ur fenders. Others might have better advice then this though....
Is the clearance the same on my 03 as your 99? i will be pissed if these rub, the place i am getting them from GUARANTEED they wouldn't rub. I had a feeling the +38 offset might be to much. Thanx for the reply, anyone else have input.
the 99-04 pretty much have the same suspension and body, minus the bumpers. so clearance will be the same.
you know, with such a low offset, you're cutting things close. what i recommend you do is go ahead and lower the car and see what happens.

I think what you meant to say is 99-03.
Worst case: You'll roll your rear fenders... You likely wont rub in the front. That offset will make your car look very nice and aggressive too!
ugh, this happened to me. i bought a set of wheels off ebay. i love the wheels but the guy promised 18x7.5 et43 and they came and they were 18x8 and et 38  they do stick out a bit. and my tires look a little tiny bit stretched. my car isnt dropped, but when i do drop it, I'm rolling my rear fenders. without that it will definately rub. you wont have any problem with the front though.
