My head lights are pointed down. I've tried to adjust it but I guess I don't know how. Also, the head light switch only has one turn, the second turn does not do nothing. I can't also flash my headlamps without switching it on and off. Help! Diagrams will be appreciated. Car is a 97 Galant. Thanks. :?
